Kendama is the Japanese version of the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cup-and-ball\">Cup &amp; Ball game<\/a>.&nbsp; It consists of a handle with several cups and a spike with a ball connected by a length of string.&nbsp; The physical benefits are many including hand-eye coordination and exercise.
